If you have difficulties walking or with balance, I can
help you!
My name is Arieh Lev Breslow and I've taught Tai Chi for
thirty years. For the last ten years I have taught Seniors, Parkinson's and
Multiple sclerosis patients how to walk better through Tai Chi. I have
written out my program in 'The Tai Chi Falls Prevention Manual for Seniors
and the Physically Challenged.' I also produced a Video/DVD that contains
the Tai Chi exercises in The Tai Chi Falls Prevention Manual. My program
has been recommended by doctors and health professionals.
Please feel free to browse my website that
contains a complete catalogue of all my Tai Chi products:
books, videos and DVDs: www.jerusalemtaichi.com.
I have a new blog site on which I discuss my thoughts on various Tai Chi topics.
You are welcome to view and comment on the articles.
