A little over a year ago I noticed that rather suddenly my 90 year old
mother seemed to be weaker and less able to handle herself, physically. I
hesitated saying anything to her for fear of discouraging her, yet I very
strongly felt that her decline was not necessary. In addition, she had begun
saying that her apartment in a very nice senior citizen building was too much
work for her. I (now 65) had discovered Tai Chi exercises as well as Tai Chi
Walking and it made a big impact on my physical condition (strength and
balance) and my outlook. A search on the internet brought me to your site. I
took a chance and ordered your ‘Tai Chi Falls Prevention Manual for Seniors
and the Physically Challenged’ because it sounded exactly what I was looking
for. Mom has used your video faithfully ever since it came and it has very
strongly impacted her life. She is more optimistic, physically fit and strong,
as well as developing a more healthy appetite. She follows a weekly routine
that includes your video, exercises recommended by her doctor as well as 1/2
hr. of walking every other day. Every time I visit she tells me she will
always be grateful to me for getting her the video. She deals with a touch of
arthritis but doesn't take any medication other than an occasional ibuprofen.
Thank you, Arieh Lev Breslow, for your expertise and good work!

Before working with Arieh I had trouble getting around at all because of two strokes. Now I can walk with the help of a walker and go up stairs with support. The quality of my life has improved dramatically.

Before I started using the Manual, I had a severe
problem with balance and relied on a cane. Now my balance has improved
and I walk much better. Now the cane is only for security and I even
forget it sometimes.

As physicians and long time students of Arieh Lev Breslow, we highly recommend his books and videos and can attest to the benefits of Chi Gung and Tai Chi. We have greatly benefited from his teachings and have attained better balance, coordination and health. He has provided us with a thorough and meaningful understanding on how to achieve health through the principles and practice of Tai Chi.

As a family doctor, I have many elderly patients who have difficulty walking, often leading to falls and broken bones. Tai Chi Walking has proven to be effective in restoring their ability in standing as well as walking.
